3. All In-Patients reports will be available only after discharge of the patient.

4. Radiology reports to be received duly from the Hospital as per the time specified in the invoice.

5. Following Pathology reports to be collected from the Hospital as per the time specified in the invoice
• Histopathology/ Biopsy Report
• Clinical & Microbiology Report

6. We explicitly reserve the right to modify, supplement or delete information in order to carry out any correction in the document, without advance intimation.
